Good to know

The condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. It can sleep 10 people in three bedrooms, one master with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom with two full beds. It also has two bathrooms, and a large living area with new furniture and pull out queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal and features newly painted wood cabinets. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with stunning views of the ocean. The condo also has a number of amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. There are two large pools, one indoor and one new outdoor pool with water features. There are also three indoor hot tubs, a large updated grill area and outdoor dining area, and an indoor basketball/racquetball court. The boardwalk to the beach is short giving you quick beach access. Located on second floor with easy stairwell access across from unit or steps away from the elevators making the amenities that much more accessible and enjoyable. Do note that there is a tennis court on property that is currently non-operational.

House Rules

Must be 21 to rent No pets (this is a HOA rule and not unit specific) - try one of our great local boarders Absolutely no smoking or vaping in this property! No illegal activity No parties No excessive noise between 9PM-8AM Please do not exceed the occupancy limit at any time No groups consisting of persons only under 21 years of age Do not rearrange furniture Be sure to close balcony door before opening front door to avoid strong drafts that can knock items from walls. Please do NOT bring luggage carts past the foyer as they tend to bump walls and cause damage. Please do not cause damage to the condo, development amenities or neighboring properties We do provide two beach/sand chairs and an umbrella in the unit but a $100 replacement fee will be charged if lost or stolen.

This is a great place! Easy beach access, right next to Florabama and a great pool. The 2nd floor is great. You can park right on the same level to unload. We never had any issues with pool noise, and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again!

We could not have asked for a better stay! Lacie was very attentive and accommodating with any request we had. The condo we stayed in Phoenix X 207 was amazing!! It easily accommodated our family of 4 adults & 4 kids, including 3 teenagers. It was beautifully decorated and was well stocked with all the kitchen, bedding, and bath things needed. The location was great also, close to restaurants and other activities in the Flora-Bama area. I would definitely recommend this AirBnB to anyone and hope that we are able to visit and stay again!

Phoenix 10 was amazing. Friendly staff, great amenities, and steps from the beach. The room itself was perfect. Overlooking the pool was a great spot. Def plan to stay at a phoenix resort again.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. Easy access to the beach, use of the indoor and outdoor pools, and over all convenience made it a great spot for us. The living and dining room are even bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. So much space! Lacie was an excellent host! Very prompt in her communication and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place. We had the best time!

Beautiful condo with great views! The beds and the living room were very comfortable. We always enjoy vacationing in a comfortable, updated home! My teens enjoyed beach volleyball while my husband and I liked going to Florobama for some oysters. I will definitely rent this home again. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. I haven’t rented a condo on the beach in years. I wondered if the beach would feel crowded since it was spring break. The beach is really wide. Plenty of room for everyone. Thanks, Lacie. What a wonderful place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Was very ease to check in and having a parking garage on the same floor as the condo is such a bonus. Will be coming back to this condo in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. We walked to dinner a few times, they had live music next to the building the kids loved it! They even had a few extra chairs and floats we were allowed to use in the apartment. It was quiet with a great view even from the kitchen! The space was really clean, and the beds were comfy. Lacie did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after our stay!

We were lucky to have found Lacies place so last min! She was so easy to get I touch with from the min I started booking to the min I checked out. We were greeted by the security guard (whom was so friendly and funny!) Let us go inside to park and come back in to get a parking pass! Check in staff were also very nice and informative! We then went to the unit which is located in the second floor we totally loved that! The views were awesome we got to see dolphins in the morning and during the sunset hours pretty neat! what I loved the most was the communication with our host. We look. Forward to coming back in the future! Ps- Oh my goodness the pool is AMAZING!!!! Thank You -Victoria.

The condo was exactly as described and more. Enough room for our large family, two large pools and spa space. Within two minute we were at the beach. The front dest and staff were very friendly. There was even a court to play raquet ball which was a fun surprise. Lacey was by far one of the best Airbnb hosts Ive experienced. Always attentive and quick to respond to my questions before, during and after our stay. We will look to book here again in the future.
